The incident reporting system allows participants to report various types of incidents including:

- Game Protest
- Significant Rule Violation
- Roster Violation
- Conduct Violation
- Referee Feedback
- General Incident
Reports are submitted through an embedded Google Form that collects detailed information about the incident, including date, time, location, participants involved, and description of what occurred. All reports are reviewed by league officials and appropriate action is taken based on the nature and severity of the incident.
